About The Class
The Brave Song Club is a weekly gathering for songwriters who want to stay inspired, connected, and creating. It’s a place to return to your practice each week—to write, listen, share your songs in a supportive space, and keep your momentum going, whether you’re just starting out or growing in your craft.
When inspiration is flat and you’re tired of playing just for your cat, that’s when it’s time to get around other songwriters—to get inspired, share your work, and turn those half-finished songs into something whole. It can take courage to show up and to share, so let’s do it together and cheer each other on!
If you’re like many songwriters, you might:
- Wish writing felt like a more consistent part of your life
- Struggle to maintain motivation, momentum, or inspiration
- Wrestle with self-doubt or fear of sharing your songs
- Feel stuck or unsure how to move forward with your creative goals

Having a creative community is a powerful way to break out of song purgatory and become the songwriter you want to be!
How it works
Each week, we’ll gather live on Zoom for a 90-minute session that includes a creative prompt or mini-lesson, guided writing time, and time to share.
Each participant will be invited to share each week. This could be a full original song, a snippet, a poem, or even someone else’s work if it’s relevant to your creative process.
We’ll explore practices and creative exercises designed to unlock your creativity, build momentum, and help you find your unique voice.
You’ll experience:
- A consistent songwriting practice that keeps you moving forward
- A safe, encouraging, non-judgmental space where imperfection is welcome
- Opportunities to share your songs and receive thoughtful feedback
