We are SO glad you are joining us for this inspiring and connected event. And we know You will be too!

Here is the basic information you need to know now: 

Date: Friday, November 6th – Sunday, November 8th. Arrive between 10-10:30am (we will begin at 10:30). 
Location: The Kennedy School Hotel, 5736 Ne 33rd, Portland, OR.
Food: Catered meal Friday night and Sun Lunch will be provided as well as afternoon snacks. Guests are responsible for all other meals. There are a variety of options within a 1 minute walk. 
What you need to bring: Bring your instrument if you have one. We will have a house guitar, full sound system, and 2-3 keyboards available if you don’t have a guitar or similar. 

Coming from out of town?

  • Make it a weekend and stay in the incredible Kennedy School! This is a historic and utterly whimsical space with a spa, movie theater, tons of restaurants, gardens, events, and more! To book, contact the Kennedy School directly. We have 10 rooms held until October 7th. To get priority reservations, please let them know you are part of our event! You must reserve by Oct 7th. (The hotel may have other rooms avail past this date, last min). There are also a plethroa of private AirBnB’s nearby.
  • We also have two rooms available as part of one of our airbnb rental on site! These are nicely appointed rooms and will go fast. Please note they are part of a shared space that is also being used for workshops and catering. Inquire for more info.
  • We also will offer a participant home sharing board, where you can connect and stay with another songwriter (often for free) as a way to make a friend, and make the trip more feasible. To access this CLICK HERE.
